    We’re seeking an experienced, driven Transaction Coordinator in the residential Real Estate industry. This customer service-oriented person will serve as the main point of contact for clients and manage all parts of the contract to close transactions. You will excel in this job if: 1. You provide stellar customer service and are a solutions-oriented person. 2. You have experience in Real Estate Transaction Management and have been given great reviews by your clients. 3. Responsibilities: • Act as the primary point of contact for transaction relationships (Title, Lender, etc.). • Utilize our software and systems to run all transactions with excellence and efficiency. • Manage all critical dates, details, documents, and communications. • Represent yourself and Empower with the utmost professionalism in all communications and interactions. • Maintain and nurture agent relationships for ongoing retention and growth. Qualifications: • A real Estate License is preferred. • Real Estate software knowledge such as OpenToClose, Back Agent, Skyslope, KW Command, Dotloop, Transaction Desk, and DocuSign preferred. Compensation: $40,000 - $100,000 at plan commission
