Job Description

We are currently seeking to hire a Sales Reporting Assistant to join our team! You will be responsible for overseeing and developing a sales team to drive company revenue.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Generate weekly/monthly POS Report, Distributors Inventory Report (Excel)
• Compute monthly Buy-In Forecast with sell-through forecast and Distributor Inventory Report (Excel)
• Calculate monthly sales report by salesperson for commission need.
• Compile Daily Inventory & Backorder and Daily Sales Report.
• Provide Weekly Accounting Report /L1 Report
• Collect and compile all monthly rolling sales forecast from PM. Support and analyze the sales forecast.
• Assist and back up Sales Admin team members with order processing, back-orders allocation, and other priorities issues.
• Coordinate SA team daily job functions to better assist sales team and customers to achieve better efficiency and productivity.
• Responsible for providing data to sales support teams who are themselves responsible for day-to-day account activity and maintenance.
• Integrate, compile, analyze, and evaluate data on sales performance metrics, including trends for products.
• Analyze key metrics data and leverage it to effectively support the sales team members and meet management’s goals.
• Remain knowledgeable of key processes, business initiatives, and internal resources in order to assist the sales team.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:

• Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in Business or related field
• 3+ years of Sales Operations and supporting sales team/Customer Service experience
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Excel-intermediate/Advance, Word, PowerPoint) and the capacity to learn new systems.
• Effective communication, interpersonal, time management, and organizational skills
• Tenacity in overcoming obstacles while maintaining productive and positive working relationships
• Strong business judgment, database query skills, and ability to multi-task
• Ability to execute in a rapidly changing fast-paced environment that requires strong teamwork as well as independent work.
• Prefer knowledge in data-mining tools.
