    Job Description

    We are recruiting an ambitious undergraduate student interested in market research, analytics, and business strategy. The intern will support the Business Strategy team to develop a business plan for Lithium-ion battery manufacturing in the United States. The preferred candidate is comfortable with research and data analysis, applies a data driven approach to problem solving, communicates effectively, and collaborates well in a team environment. This role requires both technical knowledge and storytelling skills to be successful.

    During the internship you will acquire a broad understanding of the U.S. battery market and gain first-hand experience in business strategy and B2B business development. Oh, and we will probably have some fun during the summer too! Co-locating with our team in Arizona is required.

    Responsibilities may include:

    • Assist market research with research plan development and scoping
    • Engage with internal stakeholders (engineering, marketing) to understand and support their research needs
    • Assist with research execution tasks to ensure effective data collection
    • Analyze research data and develop actionable recommendations
    • Assist with research report development and communication of research findings
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Data Science, Business, or related field with excellent academic record
    • Strong interest in the clean tech industry is required, knowledge of batteries is a plus
    • Previous internship experience or college/university leadership preferred.
    • Critical thinking with outstanding attention to detail
    • Ability to work well both in a team environment and independently
    • Ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing
