Responsibilities: • Execute other office administration and human resources tasks as assigned • Facilitate office policies and procedures, ensuring they meet our organization’s standards • Streamline office systems including organizing filing systems, ordering office supplies, maintaining office equipment, scheduling team member meetings, and optimizing the organizational budget • Oversee our day-to-day operations, manage administrative assistants, and perform secretarial duties • Liaise with customers, service providers, vendors, and contractors, acting as the main line of communication • Greet incoming patients in a friendly and welcoming manner • Assist with office tours and explanation of our amenities for all new patients • Responsible for opening the office and setting up the lobby for patient success • Turn on and set up front desk equipment, including TVs, iPads, computers, lobby music • Bringing positivity, encouragement, and motivation to the practice • Managing overall productivity and profitability for the (rapidly growing!) practice • Managing all day-to-day operations of assigned territory, including employee relations, patient relations, and achieving operational goals • Increasing patient growth and retention by supporting sales, marketing, and promotional programs • Achieving revenue goals by effectively managing the office teams, patient scheduling, staff productivity, and collections and receivables • Ensuring successful execution of operational standards, including compliance with established company policies and procedures • Handling all patient service issues to ensure excellent guest satisfaction • Building team morale to support company culture • Presenting treatment plans and assisting guests with overcoming financial obstacles as needed • Completing daily and monthly reporting • Attending meetings and communicating with other departments as needed • Creating staff schedules • Presenting treatment plans and assisting guests with overcoming financial obstacles as needed • Completing end-of-day and monthly reporting Qualifications: • Must have graduated high school, received a G.E.D. or equivalent • Must possess exemplary problem-solving, communication, and time management skills • Familiarity with Microsoft Office or similar systems • 2+ years of management experience strongly preferred • Open Dental experience a plus • Dental office experience - 1-year minimum required Compensation: $60,000 yearly to start
