    ROLE:

    Enchanted Fairies is looking for an high-energy Recruiter, with experience in high-volume recruiting, that can hit the ground running! Our team is an essential component of our magical company and we are looking for the perfect Rock Star to help bring on more amazing talent!

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Identifies and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the open role, industry standards, and needs of the organization.
    • Collaborates with department managers to identify and draft detailed and accurate job descriptions and hiring criteria.
    • Assist with the job posting and advertisement processes.
    • Screens applicants and selects qualified candidates.
    • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
    • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelors degree in Human Resources or related field, or equivalent work experience, required.
    • Must have a minimum of 3 years' experience in recruiting, preferably for a staffing/talent agency.
    • Must have a minimum of 2 years' experience recruiting for sales roles.
    • Must have experience in high-volume recruiting with ability to meet deadlines.
    • Ability to create and implement sourcing strategies for recruitment for a variety of roles.
    • Proactive and independent with the ability to take initiative.
    • Excellent verbal communication skills via video conference, phone, etc.
    • Must have own PC/Laptop
    • Proficient in Applicant-Tracking Software, Job Boards, and other recruitment systems.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite/Google Docs
