We are seeking someone who has that special ability to understand our guests and how to provide a magical experience during their entire Enchanted Fairies studio session.

Core Accountabilities

• Correctly pose and position children with correct lighting for each pose.
• SHOUT FROM THE ROOFTOPS about Enchanted Fairies from the moment our treasured guests walk into our studio.
• Greet clients when they arrive for their magical adventure.
• Capture photos, save photos, and setup photo premiers for clients.
• Keep photo studio, dressing rooms, and reception area clean so that each guest has a consistent and please experience.
• Put away dresses and costumes away after each photo session to help maintain their integrity.
• Develops a thorough understanding of our magical experiences
• Successfully navigates and challenges a strategy
• Flexible in working together with coworkers and taking constructive criticism to achieve company goals.

Requirements

• Must be able to pass background check.
• Minimum High School diploma and/or GED.
• High-energy personality and strong emotional intelligence.
• High attention to detail and approaches work in an organized manner required.
• Excellent communication skills (written & verbal).
• Must be able to HAVE FUN with children and be focused.

Pay: $37,440 a year to start ($18.00/hour) + commission potential
