Solar is seeking a Solar Sales Appointment Setter (Solar Pro) to join our award winning team. Encōr treats this position as the lifeblood of the company and holds the SolarPro position in the highest of regards.
You will be working with homeowners to schedule appointments for our Solar Architects to deliver an E.S.R. (Energy Savings Report). Your responsibility is not to make any hard sales, but only to go door-to-door and find customers interested in receiving a free Energy Savings Report. If you are a motivated person who wants to work for a great company, make a good living, and expand your talents, this is the job for you!
There is no experience required! We will train you to succeed.
Compensation:
Pay is $30.00 per hour plus a commission plan. We are open to candidates seeking either Part-time or Full-time employment. Our average appointment setters make around $1,250 per week while our top reps make $3,000 per week.
