You’ll be responsible for leading the reception area, supervising front office staff, enforcing hotel policies, and ensuring guest services are exemplary. Responsibilities: • Communicate with hotel guests face-to-face and over the phone, ensure all their questions are answered satisfactorily, and handle any complaints • Generate occupancy reports and compile financial information for the general manager • Direct front desk operations and ensure customer service meets our high standards for guest satisfaction Qualifications: • Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Showcase exceptional multitasking, communication, and management skills • 2 or more years of experience as a front desk supervisor or related office management position in the hospitality industry • Experience with MS office and bookkeeping skills desired • 1 year of previous experience working in the hospitality industry Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly
