We are | | activating a new customer, in a new way, at a new price point to deliver | | an unparalleled experience to consumers not touched by traditional | | entertainment tours. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+ | POSITION SUMMARY: | | | | The Digital Producer will develop and lead the technological components | | of the organization by studying, identifying and developing enhancements | | to applications, processes and tech initiatives, including app | | development, ticketing and overall digital touchpoint integration. The | | Digital Producer will report directly to the Director of Growth & | | Account Development and will heavily support the Director of Marketing | | in strategic initiatives. | | | | Technologically savvy, entrepreneurial mindset, strong attention to | | detail, ability to communicate complicated concepts, and navigate | | effectively in an ever-changing start up environment will be critical to | | the success of this position. The ideal candidate has experience taking | | ideas to launch and can build systems, integrate technology platforms | | and programs to scale quickly and accurately in the digital and consumer | | marketplace. | +--------------------------------------------------------------------------+
RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Plan, develop, organize, and implement the company’s strategic initiatives around technology platforms to identify the right partners and lead integration
· Evaluate and advise on the impact of long-range planning, introduction of new programs/strategies
· Monitors website and application performance by measuring and analyzing results; initiating corrective actions as needed
· Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
· Verifies application results by conducting system audits of technologies implemented
· Directs technological research by studying organization goals, strategies, practices, and user projects
· Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
· Oversee annual technology budget and ensure cost effectiveness
· Preserve assets, information security and control structures – ensuring security of data, network access and all backup systems
· Oversee user testing, user experience and report results – adjusting requirements as needed
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
EDUCATION
• Bachelor’s degree – Computer Programming, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Data Science or Computer Science (preferred)
EXPERIENCE
• 5+ years of applicable Technology and Computer Programming experience
• 1-3 years of Entertainment / Media / Agency Industry experience a plus
• Start-up experience a plus

• Detail-oriented and highly capable of prioritizing tasks and handling multiple evolving projects at once
• Able to over-communicate technology strategy and vision to the company at large
• Exceptional written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills possessing a keen ability to effectively communicate across internal teams, clients, vendors and with investors
• Able to remain calm under pressure/tight deadlines and to maintain a positive attitude
• Willing to travel once a month for in-person company meetings
• Display a sense of urgency and timeliness when responding to clients, internal teams, and vendors
