As a Legal Recruiter, you will support our VP of Legal in executing successful searches for Partner & Associate level Attorneys, and providing exceptional service to our valued Clients.

    JOB TITLE: Recruiter, Legal Search

    COMPANY: Encore Search Partners

    LOCATION: 11740 Katy Fwy, Suite 300 Houston, TX 77079

     

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

    · Collaborate with the Account Managers & VP of Legal Search on job order intake calls

    · Build LinkedIn Projects for open job orders

    · Maximize outreach to prospective candidates through cold calls, cold InMails, cold emails, and referrals

    · Consistently request referrals to do business with the prospective candidates’ current employers

    · Present qualified candidates to the Account Manager and/or Client

    · Prepare candidates and schedule interviews

     

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Bachelor's degree required

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills

    · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    · Familiarity with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn

    · Desire to learn the Legal industry and build relationships with high caliber Partners and Associate Attorneys

    · 1-2 years of legal or technical recruiting experience preferred, but not required

    · 1-2 years of project management experience preferred, but not required

    · Prior experience within a recruitment agency preferred, but not required

    · Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

     

     

    COMPENSATION: ~$60k Base Salary + Uncapped commissions - $80k to $120 on target earnings
