As a Business Development Coordinator, you will utilize email marketing and other communication mediums on our Encore Team to generate leads, maintain relationships with existing clients, and complete a range of administrative duties.

    JOB TITLE: Business Development Coordinator

    KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

     

    · Research, Cold Email, & Cold InMail prospective new clients that have received Venture Capital & Private Equity funding, to generate Prospective Client Meetings for the CEO to close.

    · Build Target Prospect Lists in Crunchbase, ZoomInfo & LinkedIn Recruiter and log prospecting notes.

    · Update the CRM with all appropriate client decision maker contact information.

    · Monitor prospective career pages to see what job openings they currently have and reach out to potential hiring managers.

    · Reach out to previous clients that have changed companies and ask them to utilize Encore Search’s Headhunting services with their new company.

    · Monitor prospective client Talent Acquisition & HR Leaders that recently joined the company on LinkedIn and introduce yourself as a resource, asking for an initial call with the Director of Business Development.

    · Develop key strategies to source for Referrals from current clients & referral partners.

    · Work with the company Data Analyst to add personal contact info to prospective new clients.

     

    TARGET KPI’S

    · Minimum of 5 Prospective Client Meetings generated per week for the CEO

    · Minimum of 2 new Signed Fee Agreements converted by the CEO, as a result of Meetings Scheduled by the BD Coordinator

    · Minimum of 500 Outbound Personalized Emails per Week to Prospective New Clients

     

     

    SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

    · Excellent verbal and written communication skills, time management, and relationship-building skills

    · Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

    · Familiarity with CRM/applicant tracking systems, MS Office, and LinkedIn Recruiter preferred

    · Must be a self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit and strong desire to grow

    · Ability to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality

     

     

    COMPENSATION: Base Salary of ~$50k plus Commissions tied to Leads Converted - $65k on target earnings
