JOB TITLE: Marketing Manager REPORTS TO: CEO COMPANY: Chemical Manufacturing & Distribution Company LOCATION: Houston Heights Office or The Woodlands Office JOB DUTIES:

• Copy/Content Writing for the company’s 5 Websites
• Video for each Company posted to the website
• SEO/PPC for the company’s 4 Operating Businesses and their Respective Product Lines
• Product Line Information posted to websites
• Label Creation and Label Management for Hand Sanitizer and Hand Soap Product Lines
• Studying our Amazon and Online Sales trends for different design bottles within the consumer market
• Studying Integrity Made competition and understanding how we can beat them and grow our market share
• E-Commerce Website Management
• Build-out of direct online sales model for wholesale orders
• Social Media Development
• Primary In-House Contact for Outside Marketing Firms
• Attends weekly strategy/update call with Third Party Marketing Firm
• Marketing Budget management (Comparing ROI vs Monthly Spend)
• Trade Show Start-up, Ensuring banners, posters, print brochures, etc are made for the companies to start attending trade shows with an actual booth and marketing materials

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or Graphic Design
• Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to tackle multiple projects at once
• Prior Marketing Agency experience
• Self-starter, go-getter, can-do attitude
• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet strict deadlines
