End User Technical Support Analyst (LADRU6)

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
● Assist the State in supportability of Intelligrants by OCD DRU staff during their use of
Intelligrants for disaster recovery grants management based on complexity of State use
● Work with Application Program Manager to ensure end user success for Intelligrants
● Work directly with OCD DRU end users for daily use of Intelligrants as requested
Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
● Experience in Intelligrants grant management software functionality
● Good customer service in operational use of Intelligrants
