SUMMARY: Endeavor Ag & Energy has an exciting opportunity for a Customer Service Representative to manage all aspects of creating an excellent customer service experience for current and prospective customers. You must be bilingual, a detail-oriented, results-driven individual with a commitment to quality, accuracy and the ability to organize and prioritize workloads to meet deadlines. Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish, both verbal and written, with strong analytical and customer service skills, and the ability to work in both a team environment and on self-directed tasks are essential.

EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Associates degree in Business and at least two years customer service experience. Account management experience necessary. Energy/propane experience preferred.
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Must be bilingual in English and Spanish.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, and volume. Ability to apply concepts of basic algebra and geometry. Knowledge of basic accounting practices.
REASONING ABILITY
Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
