Responsibilities: • Prepare a written proposal for homeowners that includes a cost estimate for the project • Certify that each building project delivers a high-quality end product, oversee construction staff, and perform on-site assessments daily • Review subcontractor output concerning schedules and success targets to ensure that the project is on track to be completed on time, on budget, and to the highest standards required • Hire subcontractors and verify that they have all the required permits • Address the project's costs with clients to ensure that it remains within budget Qualifications: • OSHA 30 certification and firm adherence to safety protocols on the job site • Physical stamina to lift at least 40 lbs and use heavy equipment • Has basic computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office Compensation: $80,000 - $90,000 yearly
