    We are currently seeking an excellent Sales Representative who can develop a sales strategy and build and expand buyer relationships to achieve sales goals. You’ll be responsible for seeking out, engaging with, and presenting our solutions to new prospects and current customers. If you have a proven track record of outside selling and are looking for a lucrative outside sales position that provides you with the flexibility, support, and compensation to help you shine, we want to connect! Paid Training = $3,000 $100,000 - $150,000 At Plan Earnings 1st year; Commission Pay after training Responsibilities: • Delivery of sales presentations to prospective customers • Utilize your public speaking and negotiating skills with confidence • Position us as the clear and obvious choice in our market through competitive analysis and product trends • Participation in ongoing sales training and the development and implementation of employee programs to engage your peers and contribute to a positive, collaborative culture • Present a win-win solution for the prospect, negotiate sales contract specifics, and close deals • Identify and pursue sales leads and prospective new clients, and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to the close stages • Convert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain points • Surpass goals for monthly revenue expectations and lead or sales-generating activities Qualifications: • Exceptional negotiating, interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills • Ability and drive to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • Ability to work independently and collaboratively • You are a team player who thrives off of collaboration and friendly competition • Must have a valid driver's license or reliable transportation • BA/BS preferred but not required; industry or product knowledge preferred but not required • Some industry or product knowledge is preferred and a High school diploma is required • Deadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alike • Stellar communication, presentation, persuasion, interpersonal, and negotiating skills • Ability to meet and exceed monthly quota in sales • 2 years of outside sales experience or related marketing experience Compensation: $100,000 - $150,000 yearly
