Endeavour Global in San Jose, CA is in search of a Customer Service Specialist who will be directly responsible for providing an excellent customer experience while answering general customer inquiries pertaining to the solar system. IN PERSON-POSITION ONLY. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL BE:

• Ability to navigate and utilize online monitoring and troubleshooting resources
• Ability to understand and explain the solar process effectively
• Bilingual a plus!

DUTIES:

• Becoming a knowledgeable expert in all aspects of the solar process, products, and systems
• Answering general customer inquiries via face to face surrounding system performance, billing, etc.
• Accomplishing daily, weekly and monthly goals as decided by management
• Maintaining paper and electronic files
• Provide administrative and event support
• Perform data entry of project requests, updating project database, and documentation, quickly and accurately
• Other duties as needed

REQUIREMENTS:

• Applicants must be 18 years or older
• Must have reliable transportation
• 1+ years of experience in any of the following industries preferred BUT not required:
• Solar sales
• Home security
• Dish/Direct TV
• Pest Control
• Home Automation/Smart home
• Those with lead generation and/or sales management experience
