At EG we have over 15 years experience working in direct sales & marketing. We work with some of the largest blue chip companies in the world and also are heavily involved in the non-profit sector. We are looking for 20+ fresh faces to join the team.

MANAGEMENT TRAINING PROGRAM:

In our 10 years in America we have already expanded to over 15 offices. Our goal is to be in every major city and state by 2025. We will do this by internally training managers to run each of these offices. If you have had previous experience in managing people this is definitely an advantage but not essential.

ENTRY LEVEL SALES:

Every one of our 800 managers we have around the world started off on our sales program, many of them with no prior experience in the industry. We provide a comprehensive training program and lots of support in teaching you one of the most important skills in life… SALES. All of our sales are done face-to-face so there is NO PHONE WORK or sitting behind a desk.
