    Job Description

    Endless Mountains Financial Services is a small business in Moosic, PA. We are professional and our goal is to provide extraordinary experiences for our clients in managing their wealth and financial goals. We take the time to seek and understand our clients concerns so that we can create a customized plan.

    Summary of Responsibilities: Accountable for providing general administrative support to the Advisor(s) which may include some or all of the functions listed below based on the specific business needs of the Advisor(s).

    Principal Responsibilities:

    1. Provide new business support to the Advisor(s) they support to ensure complete applications and efficient processing of new business.

    2. Assist Advisor(s) with the implementation of marketing programs, special initiatives, and other leads generation programs.

    3. May perform general service activities for the Advisor(s) related existing accounts, including a review of key reports and the gathering of information from customers requesting information.

    4. Respond to routine customer requests for the Advisor(s) via telephone regarding basic information on their account values, withdrawal requests, and request for advisor contact.

    5. Always answer the phone!

    6. Provide general administrative assistance to the Advisor(s) including filing, copying, emailing correspondence.

    7. Prepare client review packages for the Advisor(s).

    8. Adhere to company Compliance guidelines.
