An established, doctor-led endodontic practice in Northeast Tennessee is seeking a skilled and motivated Endodontist to help launch and grow a new satellite location within a large, well-developed referral network.
This practice has been serving the community for nearly three decades, building a strong reputation for clinical excellence and trusted relationships with referring providers. Due to continued growth and patient demand, the team is expanding—creating a rare opportunity to step into a new office environment while benefiting from the stability and support of an experienced, highly respected founder.
The organization is affiliated with a national, doctor-centered specialty dental partnership group that provides operational, administrative, and strategic support. This allows clinicians to focus on patient care while still maintaining meaningful clinical independence and influence in the practice.
