    We have an opening for an experienced and motivated Implementation Specialist in TEXAS.

    As the Implementation Specialist, your main role will be to provide training, on-site implementation, and support prior, during, and after transitions for assigned territories in and around Texas. This is a work-from-home position, but you must live or be willing to relocate to Texas. You must also be willing to travel to client sites as this is a client-facing role.

    JOB SUMMARY:

    Implementation Specialist plays a key role in the project management and implementation of EndoSoft solutions. The Implementation Specialist will work with clinical staff and IT to determine the ideal workflow using EndoSoft applications and seamless integration with other electronic health systems. They ensure that all aspects of the software are supported and implemented according to applicable schedules and that all users are well trained and are effectively utilizing EndoSoft applications.

    JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES:

    • Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects involving the planning, design, implementation, and support of EHR (electronic health record) software applications.
    • Manage the implementation process adhering to established policies and procedures to effectively transition toward a successful implementation and effective use of EndoSoft applications.
    • Provide training, on-site implementation and support prior, during and after transitions for assigned territories.
    • Post-implementation analysis and follow-up to assure client satisfaction and proper utilization of the application.
    • Support and resolve client requests related to EndoSoft applications as assigned.
    • Assist in testing, implementing, and maintaining Endosoft applications.
    • Document, analyze, and test modifications for EndoSoft applications based on and related to user or system design specifications.
    • Assess client needs based on their established workflow, skill levels and specialties.
    • Work on multiple projects, concurrently, and meet deadlines.
    • Develop expert knowledge of EndoSoft applications, including reporting and interfaces.
    • Provide feedback to supervisors and other management personnel regarding application enhancements and suggestions for improvement.
    • Work with cross-functional teams
    • Assist sales team with Demo and product presentations
    • Assist in the development and coordinate training for staff as needed.
    • Maintain an effective working relationship with the user community, supervisor, and other department staff members.
    • Work with other departments as needed to find solutions to customer concern or complaints, including but not limited to Sales, Support, and Product
    • Present and maintain a professional image of the EndoSoft Application Support Department.
    • Professional phone and e-mail etiquette.
    • Project a high level of energy and enthusiasm to clients.
    • With on-call duties as assigned relating to EndoSoft user issues after hours, weekends, and holidays.
    • Other duties as assigned.

    JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor’s degree in computer science
    • Experience and knowledge of Structured Query Language (Microsoft SQL)
    • Experience in Client Software Support or Training role preferred.
    • Working knowledge of the healthcare industry, especially healthcare software (EHR/EMR), Hospital, ASC and physician office workflow
    • Familiarity with CRM/ERP system, Hospital Information System (HIS), Physician Practice Management systems, Project management software, and Microsoft Office software.
    • Valid Driver’s License
