    Job Summary
    Wright Technical Services is proud to represent a Fortune 1000 Insurance company for this role. Seeking an Endpoint Management Engineer to manage and support enterprise endpoints using Intune, SCCM, or BigFix. Responsibilities include software deployment, patching, compliance, and automation (PowerShell). Requires experience with Windows 10/11, AD/Azure AD, endpoint security, and a strong focus on standardization, remote management, and continuous improvement.

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or equivalent experience
    • 3+ years of experience managing endpoints at scale using platforms such as Intune, SCCM, or BigFix
    • Proficiency in Windows 10/11 administration, and familiarity with macOS endpoint support
    • Strong understanding of Group Policy, Active Directory, and Azure Active Directory
    • Experience with scripting and automation (e.g., PowerShell)
    • Familiarity with software deployment, driver management, and patching processes
    • Understanding of endpoint security tools and practices, including BitLocker, Defender, antivirus, and configuration baselines

    Preferred:

    • Experience with modern device management (MDM/MEM) in hybrid or cloud-only environments
    • Knowledge of mobile device management (iOS/Android) and BYOD policies
    • Exposure to enterprise remote support and endpoint analytics tools
    • ITIL foundation certification or experience working within ITSM frameworks

     

    Description and Responsibilities

    • Manage, configure, and maintain endpoint management platforms such as Microsoft Intune, SCCM, or BigFix and best practices.
    • Develop and enforce standard images, configurations, and software baselines across endpoint devices.
    • Package and deploy software updates, patches, and security configurations in accordance with policy.
    • Partner with security and compliance teams to ensure endpoint controls are in place (e.g., encryption, antivirus, vulnerability remediation).
    • Implement policies to support device lifecycle management, including provisioning, maintenance, and decommissioning.
    • Monitor endpoint health, compliance, and inventory using dashboards and reporting tools.
    • Participate in incident response activities related to endpoint devices, vulnerabilities, and outages.
    • Support zero-touch provisioning and hybrid or remote device management strategies.
    • Collaborate with service desk, field services, and application teams to improve endpoint experience and support efficiency.
    • Maintain detailed documentation on device standards, deployment procedures, and administrative processes.
