      Job Overview:

      We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Entry-Level Endpoint Support Technician to provide IT operational support within the IT Platform Services team. The technician will play a key role in supporting Windows 11 lifecycle initiatives and delivering day-to-day technical assistance to internal users across various office locations. Perform other duties as assigned.

      Experience Requirements:

      • A minimum of 6 months of experience as an IT Support Technician.
      • Experience in Windows 11 Lifecycle support including deployments, user assistance, hardware inventory support.
      • Experience installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting computer hardware, printers, plotters, and related peripheral equipment in a Microsoft Windows environment.
      • Ability to diagnose, research, and resolve hardware and software issues effectively.
      • Familiarity with operating system upgrades and computer hardware replacement, including imaging, deployment, and user support.
      • Experience performing hardware, software, and user inventory services.
      • Ability to provide technical support for meetings, including conference room setup and troubleshooting.
      • Proficient in using IT service management tools or ticketing systems to track and complete technical tasks.
      • Strong ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaboratively within a team.

      Physical Requirements:

      • Physically able to lift and move equipment up to 50 pounds
      • Occasionally drive a personal vehicle between office locations

      Education Requirements:

      • High School Diploma or equivalent

      Education Preferences:

      • CompTIA Technician certification

      Training Schedule:

      • TBD

      Schedule:

      • 20-40 hours per week until June 30, 2025, then part-time 20 hours
        per week starting July 1, 2025 (days are flexible)
      • Maximum of 960 hours
