ENDRIES INTERNATIONAL IS SEARCHING FOR a meticulous Benefits and Leave Specialist who is excited about the possibility of building the benefits infrastructure of our growing HR department.  You will administer our employee benefit and leave programs while collaborating as necessary with the HR team and benefits/leave vendors (a vendor manages our leave programs). We have a strong partnership with our benefit broker, and they play an instrumental role in negotiating our vendor contracts and providing market research on competitive benefit offerings. 

WE ARE LOOKING FOR someone that has a strong understanding of benefits and knowledge of applicable federal and state regulations such as: ACA, ERISA, COBRA, FMLA, ADA, and Section 125. Additionally, strong analytical skills and problem solving skills. The ability to act independently and exercise judgment and discretion within the scope of the position. Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills.  The ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality. Experience working with employees across multiple states (and/or countries). Prior experience working with self-insured medical plans.
