Enduring Planet is a venture-backed fintech startup supporting the transition to a low-carbon economy by investing non-dilutive capital into climate-focused SMBs and startups. We are building an automated credit platform that will offer climate entrepreneurs financing products throughout their journey, from inception to late-stage growth.
We invest in companies across the New Climate Economy, backing impactful teams working across mitigation, removal, adaptation and resilience. We also prioritize investments into underrepresented founders, diverse teams, and startups serving marginalized communities.
We are seeking a senior technical leader to join our team as Head of Product. Our ideal candidate would have a background that blends engineering/product leadership experience and a deep understanding of smb/startup credit, ideally in a startup environment. Key Responsibilities:
Leading all product development and engineering for Enduring Planet
Managing a team of outsourced international developers and designers
Building in-house engineering and product management capacity
Ideal Qualifications
5-10 years in technical roles, ideally in both startup and large co environments
2-3 years of leadership/technical team management, ideally at a fintech company
Former Product Lead, Engineering Lead, or similar
Experience with Python, Django, React, Docker (writing code, code review, etc)
Experience with ML (managing or PMing DS/DE teams, etc)
Experience with credit and automated underwriting
Experience managing and interacting with complex databases and data sets
Experience with UX research and product management
Experience with dev operations and security
