We are looking for an executive assistant to serve as extra help and a "catch all" to work that the executive team is working on. This is a Part Time opportunity.
Our ideal candidate will enhance office effectiveness and efficiency by managing multiple priorities, anticipating needs, and helping to resolve day-to-day issues. The ideal candidate is a professional who takes initiative, pays attention to detail, has exceptional problem-solving skills, and possesses the ability to adapt on the fly.
You will wear A LOT of different hats including:
- Working directly with company leadership to help manage their communications and schedules.
- Help optimize and assist with several things on the operations side.
- Anticipating the needs of senior management to ensure they have the resources they need to effectively and efficiently do their jobs.
Personal And Professional Qualifications
- 8+ years' experience supporting C-level Executives or other high office roles
- Advanced skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and Outlook efficiency
- Comfortability working in a very fast environment, with the ability to pivot and remain calm in stressful situations
- Ability to quickly understand and prioritize support for Founders, making decisions in their best interest
- Highest level of professional maturity
- Advanced verbal and written communication skills for drafting response emails, communication plan for staff after a key event (ex. strategy sessions, staff meetings)
- Exceptional calendar management skills with the ability to use good judgment
- Proven ability to handle sensitive and confidential material and information with discretion
- Able to judge the relative importance of issues and act independently to address them
- Act as a true gatekeeper and proactively manage the Founder’s professional life
- Manage and organize professional correspondence and inbox
- A self-starter who can take initiative on their own
- Open to challenges that come with a high-growth start-up with evolving processes ever-changing and needs
- A strong verbal and written communicator
