    Job Description

    In the Creative Services Assistant role you will assist the Creative Services Manager in the development of creative output for the organization. You will be responsible for creating and delivering the creative content including photography, videography, and other digital media as requested by the clients.  The Creative Services Assistant coordinates with a variety of department executives to ensure a proper vision. Through collaboration with the creative team and outside contractors, you will develop design concepts and creative content to executives and clients, and then subsequently direct the team of creative professionals (photographers, stylists, etc) to meet project goals. The Creative Services Assistant provide the contents required for storyboards and other creative materials needed for client proposals. They also research industry trends, as well as handle their studio budget and ensure timelines are followed. This role works closely with outsourced contractors and both internal and external clients to ensure product or service compliance. Creative Services Assistant must possess strong interpersonal skills to interact with internal staff as well as clients to develop strong business relationships. They must have a thorough understanding of the production process and be able to adapt to it to increase productivity and profitability.  Project management skills are imperative and the ability to hold others both internally and externally accountable for meeting deadlines and attaining desired work quality is required.  In addition to coordinating with internal and external resources, the Creative Services Assistant will also be responsible for completing creative and administrative projects on their own within the predetermined timelines and budgets.

    ·       Experience with similar responsibilities

    ·       Strong management skills

    ·       Understanding of photography, videography, and other commercial media mediums

    ·       Familiarity with design software and technologies (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)

    ·       A keen eye for aesthetics and details

    ·       Team player who is good at multi-tasking and time management

    ·       Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit

    ·       Ability to work methodically and meet deadlines

    ·       Great oral and written communication skills

    ·       Willingness to take feedback and adjust artwork as needed

    ·       Degree in Design, Fine Arts or related field

    ·       Excellent project management skills

    ·       Ability to work with and direct outside contractors/team members

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate with Manager of Creative Services on budgeting, project priorities, and other producer tasks such as location research, call sheets, and general business paperwork
    • Collaborate directly with team members to create project scope and creative output
    • Create and communicate standard operating procedures for how the studio accepts content requests
    • Maintain project calendar and communications with all internal and external resources
    • Assure services are in compliance with professional, company policy standards and brand execution requirements.
    • Effectively develop and persuasively communicate conceptual ideas
    • Utilize equipment with creative production software to manipulate digital files and make corrections as needed
    • Ensure a consistent and organized workflow, data management and communication system for the department.
    • Responsible for keeping an accurate inventory and maintenance schedule for the studio equipment

    ·       Manage new creative requests

    ·       Set up production notes including shot lists

    ·       Perform quality control review and traffic production files to and from team members and clients

    ·       Help manage content creation, scheduling, and posts for social media accounts

    ·       Complete merchandise preparation on incoming products for studio

    ·       Travel on-location for photo shoots and act as production assistant

    ·       Create behind the scenes photo and video

    ·       Manage model and venue database including scouting for fresh talent and locations

    ·       Set a positive and motivational tone every day for the studio in order to maintain a thriving creative team

    ·       Assist as needed in various roles to complete projects as needed.

    High School Diploma required- College Degree Preferred

    Reliable transportation
