    To help us drive excellence, you’ll get to:

    • Coordinates and prioritizes activities of production personnel to meet customer, plant, and management requirements.
    • Interprets specifications and job orders to workers and assigns duties.
    • Ensures effective utilization of manpower to minimize overtime requirements. Studies production schedules and estimates worker hour requirements for completion of job assignment.
    • Observes workers and machines to detect errors or malfunctions and orders corrective actions.

    This full-time, hourly role is a part of our Lebanon team and reports to the Stamping Supervisor.

    Required experience:

    • High school Diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.
    • Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
    • Must be able to use Micrometers, calipers, and scales.
    • Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form.

  • Qualifications
    • Experience in evaluating material, designing and conducting tests preferred.
    • Minimum of 5 years hands on experience in a manufacturing environment. 5-7 years of battery technology experience is a plus, but not required.
    • Strong use of 3D software, preferably SolidWorks and material selection.
    • Familiar with 6 sigma tools, analytical with design and problem solving skills.
    • Project management skills and ability to maintain schedules.
    • Teamwork, visionary leadership, change management, leadership, cost consciousness, ethics, judgment, professionalism and adaptability.
    • Ability to solve practical problems, handle multiple tasks effectively and able to work with minimal supervision.

    EDUCATION:

    • Minimum Bachelor of Science Degree required

     

    Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 30-45 pounds, requires sitting, standing, walking.
