Job Purpose
The Enablement Consultant is responsible for developing, launching, and maintaining programs, training and offerings tools that support the enablement need of all customers facing Kofax employees (and approved partners) around the world.

All Kofax Enablement Consultants regardless of title or level must possess the following skills and knowledge:
Ability to demonstrate strong strategic and analytical thinking to support all alliances in all its function to help build a valid Return on Investment (ROI).
Critical evaluation of results of activities and initiatives are a key part of this role. Measuring sales tools and techniques and tracking effectiveness of sales process to determine impact of training and development programs. Must be able to analyze quantitative and qualitative data from various sources and evaluate them to make decisions for future initiatives.
Ability to stay aware of trends and tools, theories and technologies as market evolves. Must be adaptable, flexible, and forward-thinking. Being proactive in implementing new processes, strategies, or tools for impacted audience. The candidate must be comfortable dealing with evolution, ambiguity, and change.
Ability to manage several projects and initiatives in progress at the same time. This requires working with multiple channels at the same time to achieve the end goal. Must be able to prioritize tasks, programs, streamline processes and operations.
Required Experience
To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies to perform the essential functions of this position.
* Minimum of 12 years’ experience in Marketing, Sales, or Communications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field
* Requires strategic thinking for planning and mapping out tasks.
* Ability to create consistency and quality content to accomplish objectives.
* Expert in developing training programs.
* Knowledge of AI-powered analysis
* Must be knowledgeable in CMS (Content Management System)
* Experience in managing and tracking customer data utilizing CRMS (Customer Relationship Management System)
* Experience working with various partners/channel organization.
* Knowledgeable using performance analysis tools for ROI.
* Forward-thinking skills to identify current trends and technologies.
* Subject-matter expert in time management, project management and Sales process methodologies.

The base salary range for this role, across the US is $95,116 - $171,208. Your actual base pay within this range will be determined by your work location as well as skills, qualifications, experience, and relevant education/training. The range provided reflects only the base salary for the role and does not include benefits.
