  • Responsibilities

    FOH is the largest provider of occupational health services in the federal government, serving more than 300 federal agencies and reaching 800,000 federal employees. STG International is seeking an occupational/preventive medicine OR primary care physician to serve as a Medical Scientist with FOH and represent FOH as a surrogate medical consultant. 

     

    Each physician will receive work on a case by case basis and will be compensated for their work at an hourly rate for time spent performing the reviews. Estimated cases per month is 10 with estimated average time for case completion is one hour.  Work will be performed remotely (outside of DOL facilities) at FOH offices or from the physician’s home/office and will require use of a web-based DOL health IT system.

    Required Skills

    Minimum requirements include:

     

    1. MD/DO and board certification in Preventive/Occupational medicine or Family Medicine or Internal Medicine.
    2. Unrestricted medical license
    3. Minimum of 2 years experience in an occupational setting.
    4. Must possess expert understanding of Federal safety and health regulations.
