    Responsibilities as a Quality Technicians (3rd Shift):

    • Evaluate production set-ups to assure that quality requirements are met.
    • Provide daily pass down notes for communication purposes for next shift production
    • 1st and Last Piece approvals – and revalidation of part approval for any process interruptions or maintenance/tool room adjustments.
    • Develops and Initiates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation.
    • Devises sampling procedures and designs and develops forms and instructions for recording, evaluating, and reporting quality and reliability data
    • Assist Production Coordinators in ensuring that Production Operators are completing the required quality inspections. I.E., training on work instructions
    • Train and manager GP-12, Safe Launch, and offline sort/rework projects issued by Quality Engineers or Quality Manager

    Qualifications for a Quality Technician:

    • or one to three months related experience and /or training; or equivalent combination of education or experience.

  • Qualifications
    • Organizational skills, strong planning and proactive problem solving skills are required.
    • Ability to work independently with little or no involvement of supervision.
    • Must have proven experience in using MS Excel and MCI Inventory System.
    • Strong verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Knowledge of USPS regulations desirable.
