We are seeking a motivated, high-performing Certified Medical Assistant or LPN with strong phlebotomy and laboratory experience (minimum 3 years experience) who takes pride in delivering exceptional patient care. What You’ll Do

As a Certified Medical Assistant or LPN, you will play a critical role in delivering a smooth, professional, and efficient patient experience, with a strong focus on phlebotomy, injections, lab processing, and clinical support.

Responsibilities Include:

Greeting patients and creating a welcoming clinic environment

Conducting patient intake, including medical history and reason for visit

Preparing exam rooms and maintaining a clean, organized clinic

Taking and recording patient vitals in EMR

Performing high-quality phlebotomy and blood draws with confidence and professionalism

Processing specimens, preparing labs for transport, and ensuring accurate labeling and handling procedures

Running basic in-house laboratory testing and assisting with lab-related workflows

Ensuring lab results are accurately entered into patient charts and communicated appropriately to providers

Administering injections including Testosterone, weight loss injections, and vitamin injections

Administering Acoustic Pressurewave ED treatments and assisting providers in other treatments such as the P-Shot, PRP hair loss, and IV therapy.

Maintaining accurate records while following all HIPAA protocols

Supporting front desk operations including scheduling and patient communication

Because we are growing, team members may occasionally rotate between our Virginia Beach and Chesapeake locations.

What We’re Looking For

We’re searching for someone who is:

Comfortable discussing and performing sensitive procedures

Organized, detail-oriented, dependable, and able to multitask

Friendly, professional, and patient-focused

Skilled in phlebotomy and confident working in a laboratory-driven clinical environment

Preferred Experience

Certified Medical Assistant or LPN experience in a clinical setting 3+ YOE

Strong phlebotomy experience with confident venipuncture skills 3+ YEO

Experience processing lab specimens and working with laboratory workflows

Experience in men’s health, med spa, weight loss, urology, family practice, endocrinology, or laboratory environments

Front desk or medical administration experience

Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy

Additional Requirements

Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) or LPN certification

Ability to work in a fast-paced clinic environment

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

High School Diploma or equivalent

Willingness to submit to a background check
