Pay: $60 to $75 per hour PLUS monthly and year-end bonus opportunities.

Hours: M-F 8am to 5pm (Lunch 12-1)

Key Responsibilities

Serve as the Clinical Director overseeing clinic operations and patient care

Collaborate closely with the Medical Director and team to create a positive, patient-first environment

Evaluate patients and oversee treatments in: Testosterone Replacement Therapy (TRT), Erectile Dysfunction(Trimix, Gainswave, P-Shot, Rx therapies), Weight Loss injections, Vitamin Therapy injections, and Peptides.

Maintain clinic performance and census goals

Ensure clinic compliance with all medical, legal, and regulatory standards

Qualifications

Active NP or PA license in good standing in the state of Virginia

DEA Certificate and Controlled Substance Registration required

Minimum of 3 years clinical experience preferred (not required)

Comfortable with men’s health, hormone therapy, and sexual wellness topics

Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills

Business development mindset with a passion for growing a practice

Supervisory or clinic management experience highly desirable

Complete 20 hours of paid virtual onboard training which includes BHRT Academy (Hormone), P-Shot, lab and Gainswave modules.
