OUR COMPANY:

Energy Efficiency Pros, an 11-year-old, national provider of turnkey commercial LED lighting, electric vehicle (EV) charging stations and solar HVAC solutions is looking to expand our sales team. We are looking for salespeople with proven sales results for at least 5 years (minus 2020). We will consider full-time, part-time and independent contractors for this position. Part-time and independent contractors would be compensated on a straight commission plan. Our top salesperson made $300k in 2019.

THE JOB: The ideal person will have strong appointment setting, presentation and closing skills. A typical day will be comprised of prospecting, via phone, email, and in the field; walking prospective job sites and recommending solutions; as well as presenting solutions and closing business.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Specifically, we are looking for someone selling to the multi-family community, hospitality and large commercial industries. We also have a strong presence in other commercial markets, but these are our top focus at this time.
• Experience selling LED lighting products, electric vehicle charging stations and/or HVAC products would be beneficial, however, a proven track record of selling to the above market spaces would supersede a background in selling these particular product lines.
• Electrical background would be a plus but is not required.
