The ideal candidate will demonstrate exceptional customer-centric skills, attentiveness and care, and bring a natural positive energy to an energetic and team oriented environment. Punctuality is essential! You must possess excellent interpersonal and multi-tasking skills that allow you to develop a comfortable relationship with the members, promoting open dialogue and a comfortable atmosphere for parents to drop-off their children while they indulge in the Energy experience.

Responsibilities:

Maintain a clean and safe environment in the day care room

Assure parents their child is in a warm and fun environment for their child/children

Prevent and resolve any conflict between children

Objectives:

Provide outstanding level of customer service to all members and guests

Provide supervision for children of ranging ages

Provide a safe and fun environment while parents are on the workout floor

Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:

Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills required

Experience supervising strongly preferred

Position Requirements:

Part time positions available

Morning and weekend hours will be required as necessary
