At Energy Fitness, we provide the premiere fitness experience for each and every member. We are looking for a team member who has a positive attitude and enjoys working in an energetic, team oriented environment. As a Customer Service Representative, you are the face of the club and the first staff member to interact with members when they arrive to Energy Fitness. You must possess excellent interpersonal skills that allow you to develop a comfortable relationship with the members, promoting open dialogue and creating a unique fitness experience.
Hours: 5am until 12pm Monday-Friday.
•Ensure that members check in when arriving to the facility, while monitoring status of memberships and training programs
•Assist members with scheduling their team and personal training appointments
•Provide guests with basic information of the club and services
•Act as a liaison between members and management
•Maintain the cleanliness and order of the front desk area as well as the club
•Execute the Opening and/or Closing Procedures for the club
•Increase participation in ancillary service: Personal Training, Group Training, Challenges/Events, etc.
•Assist members with service recommendations and routine development
•Provide outstanding level of customer service to all members and guests
•Collaborate with Energy Team as needed to maximize opportunities
Required Skills, Knowledge & Abilities:
•Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and multi-tasking skills required
•Basic understanding of Microsoft Office Suite and working knowledge of social media sites
•Broad knowledge and experience in the Fitness industry strongly preferred
•Full and part time positions available
•Morning, evening and weekend hours will be required as necessary
