    Job Responsibilities:

    • Canvas pre-qualified areas to select homes for our Energy Guide Team.
    • Offer opportunities and schedule appointments for homeowners to receive presentations on various home improvement projects.
    • Identify needs and help homeowners understand the benefits of our products for their homes and daily lives.
    • Gather information from the homeowners to optimize the opportunities, and pass on information to the Energy Guide Team.
    • Attend team meetings where training and coaching is provided for performance improvement and opportunity to grow within the company.

    Position Requirements:

    • Strong communication skills and willingness to initiate conversations.
    • Coachability— remaining teachable as skills develop.
    • Flexibility to work afternoons, evenings and Saturdays.
    • Valid driver's license and personal transportation.
    • Professional appearance.
