    Role Overview

    The Energy Sales Outreach Representative is responsible for initiating conversations with homeowners, qualifying interest, and setting high-quality appointments for Energy Consultants. This role is front-line, performance-driven, and focused on consistent daily execution. Success is measured by activity, appointment quality, and show rates.

    This is an outbound sales position ideal for individuals who are competitive, coachable, and motivated by performance-based earnings.

    Core Responsibilities

    Conduct outbound outreach (door-to-door, phone, or assigned channels depending on market)

    Engage homeowners in conversations about energy efficiency and home improvement solutions

    Clearly communicate the value of a free home energy consultation

    Qualify homeowners based on basic criteria (homeownership, interest, availability)

    Set and confirm appointments accurately in the CRM

    Follow company-approved scripts and talk tracks

    Handle basic objections with confidence and professionalism

    Maintain daily activity standards and performance metrics

    Provide accurate notes and updates for the sales and operations teams

    Represent the company brand with integrity and professionalism at all times

    Daily Execution Expectations

    Consistent outbound activity during assigned working hours

    Adherence to scheduling, confirmation, and follow-up standards

    Openness to daily coaching, feedback, and performance reviews

    Accountability to personal and team goals

    Proper use of company tools and systems

    Required Qualifications

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills
