    Role Overview

    The Energy Solutions Sales Representative is responsible for educating homeowners on modern energy solutions and guiding them through the process of upgrading their homes for efficiency, savings, and long-term value. This role is customer-facing, performance-driven, and field-based, designed for individuals who thrive in structured sales environments and take ownership of their results.

    You will work qualified appointments, conduct in-home consultations, present customized solutions, and close deals that directly impact homeowners and your income.

    Core Responsibilities

    Conduct in-home and virtual consultations with homeowners

    Educate customers on energy efficiency, cost savings, and system benefits

    Deliver clear, confident presentations using approved sales tools and scripts

    Accurately assess homeowner needs and recommend appropriate solutions

    Close deals and guide customers through next steps and expectations

    Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow all workflow requirements

    Collaborate with operations to ensure smooth installation handoffs

    Hit weekly and monthly performance benchmarks

    Uphold company standards, compliance, and professionalism at all times

    Reliable transportation and smartphone required
