Our Solutions Enigneers are our resident problem solvers. They are responsible for working across stakeholders to drive operational excellence across our customers' programs. Their backgrounds are likely to include some combination of project management, program management, customer success, or product support.
Our best Solutions Engineers ensure our initiatives are on track, develop strong relationships with our customers and executive sponsors, identify opportunities to proactively improve our departmental metrics, and partner with our sales team to support our customer renewals.
Solutions Engineers will liaise between customers and cross-functional internal teams, ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs, and focus on improving the entire customer experience. Our ideal candidate knows not only how to break down complex problems, but also to simplify, effectively communicate, and help address issues that drive impact for our customers, our products, and our processes.
