The QA Engineer will be responsible for maintaining existing automated tests and developing new tests as needed by QA Team. The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of programming basics in order to develop automation scripts.

TECHNICAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Knowledgeable in Agile/Scrum software development processes; hands on experience is highly preferred
• Strong knowledge of version control systems; SVN preferred
• Selenium or similar for automated browser testing
• Working knowledge of Relational databases (RDBMS) such as Oracle, Postgres
• Working knowledge of Structured Query Language (SQL), ability to browse thru and validate database data using SQL queries
• A plus if experience with: JUnit, Eclipse/Intellij, Maven, Apache Tomcat, Linux, Amazon Web Service, Assembla, Phone/Android App Testing
• Retail experience and experience as a Team Lead are a plus as well
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Physics, or equivalent work experience

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Continuous Integration using Hudson/Jenkins, Bamboo or similar
• Writing and running automated test scripts in Java, Python, or similar
