About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and organized Engagement Coordinator to execute and participate in the planning, coordination, and delivery of events, programs, and initiatives that foster community engagement, strengthen employee relationships, and enhance J & J Air’s visibility and impact. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, the ability to foster relationships with community members and organizations, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Responsibilities:
Implement event strategies that align with company goals and objectives
Coordinate logistics of internal and external events in collaboration with the marketing manager
Coordinate activities that foster community relationships
Generate digital content for brand presence on social media
Build and maintain relationships with local organization by participating in community meetings and events
Coordinate employee engagement activities with marketing manager
Visit client sites and vendor sites
Administrative duties included but not limited to: Maintaining accurate records, organizing marketing materials, clearly communicating schedule and event planning
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
Experience in customer engagement or a similar role
Strong verbal communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Creative mindset with a passion for community building and customer service
Team player who can support the company mission
Physical Requirements:
Ability to stand, walk, and lift 25 pounds during event setups and teardowns
Comfortable working in various indoor and outdoor environments
Position Type: Part-Time (20 – 25 hours/week) Schedule: Varies with event schedules
