Client Engagement Specialist - Professional Services Sales - READ THE ENTIRE POSTING BEFORE YOU APPLY We are seeking a Client Engagement Specialist with success in selling professional services or high-value/luxury products, with a track record of at least $1,000,000 in professional services sold. This role is relationship-driven: you will listen with empathy, guide prospective clients through their options, and help them understand how our firm can best support them. Once a client decides to move forward, you will manage onboarding, prepare engagement agreements, and ensure a smooth handoff to the legal team. You will also maintain client touchpoints throughout their journey — ensuring that every client feels supported and valued. In addition, you will maintain accurate records in our CRM and provide feedback to leadership to help refine our marketing and client service strategies. This is a fully remote role that requires professionalism, compassion, and strong follow-through. Responsibilities: • Conduct initial consultations with prospective clients, listening to understand their needs. • Provide clarity on firm services and guide clients toward informed decisions. • Prepare engagement agreements and coordinate onboarding for new clients. • Maintain client touchpoints at key intervals (one week, one month, and ongoing). • Track all client engagement activity in our CRM to ensure accountability and consistency. • Collaborate with intake, legal, and operations staff to ensure a seamless client journey. • Provide regular reporting and insights to leadership regarding client engagement trends. Qualifications: • Proven success in selling professional services or high-value/luxury products, with a track record of at least $1,000,000 in professional services sold. • Strong consultative sales skills with a solutions-focused approach. • Client relationship management, client education, and advocacy skills. • Ability to manage sales calls, track follow-ups, and generate leads. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong time management and multitasking abilities. • Experience with CRM systems (Lawmatics preferred). • Empathy, resilience, and the ability to build trust with clients. • Legal industry experience is a plus, but not required. Compensation: $75,000 - $150,000 yearly
