Responsibilities:

Plan and facilitate engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote physical and mental development.

Ensure a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children.

Encourage outdoor play and exploration, minimizing screen time.

Assist with meal preparation and promote healthy eating habits.

Communicate effectively with parents about children's progress and activities.

Manage daily routines, including nap times and transitions between activities.

Provide emotional support and guidance, fostering a positive atmosphere.

Maintain cleanliness and organization of play areas and children's belongings.

Requirements:

Minimum of 2 years of professional childcare experience.

CPR and First Aid certification required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Proven ability to engage children in creative and active play.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Background check clearance before employment.

Positive attitude and a passion for working with children.

Ability to adapt to the family's needs and routines.
