Job Description

This is a Front desk/showroom position of a Luxury Real Estate Company. A clean, professional, luxury appearance and ability to represent the company is a must, as you will be the face of the company when clients first walk into our shop. Looking for candidates who show initiative, enjoy a team environment, and are able to pay high attention to detail. Potential for growth in both the Real Estate side as well as the Marketing side of the business. DUTIES INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Greet Showroom Customers & maintain showroom appearance - includes setting up the conference room for client meetings, stocking brochure racks, and maintaining office cleanliness, as well as disinfecting between meetings.
• Create marketing for agent listings, open houses, social media.
• Front desk/Showroom clerical including answering phones, direct calls to correct agents, etc.
• Post homes & other marketing on social media outlets, maintain the brand look.
• Monitor leads and where the best leads are being generated.
• Learn and monitor our company CRM program.

We are looking for a person with great energy and a GO Getter attitude. The person that can take on or create their own tasks/projects as needed. Present changes to make any company systems more efficient and successful. Embrace the position and make it the best it can be.

Full-time, 40 hours per week in an awesome, downtown designer office. Weekends required on an alternating basis with your counterpart. Paid time off accrual after the initial waiting period. Downtown parking included in our private lot. A great, entry-level opportunity into the real estate and marketing world.

Will consider a new agent or someone in a real estate school looking to get a start in real estate if you are the right fit and demonstrate you are willing to put in the work.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Social Media Marketing experience.
• Adobe Suite experience.
• Ability to Handle Multiple Phone Lines.
• Strong Customer Service / Relationship Building Skills.
• Computer/Software literacy.
• Clean, luxury appearance.
• High School education or higher.
• 1+ Years experience in a similar role preferred.

WHAT WE WOULD LOVE FOR YOU TO HAVE:

• Digital Marketing Experience a plus.
• InDesign experience a plus.
