A well-established real estate team located in the South Bay is seeking an intern to join the team. This internship position is an excellent opportunity for a driven and motivated individual who would like to learn from a seasoned Real Estate Agent, and Tom Ferry Business Coach, for future success in the real estate business. For the right candidate, this on-the-job experience and training will accelerate their learning curve dramatically and set them up to be successful Real Estate agents. Responsibilities: • Help manage systems for information management and back-office support. • Prepare listing materials and advertising copies. • Help with open houses and inspections. • Develop RE market trend report in the surrounding areas. • General support to the team. • Learn the roles and duties of a real estate agent. • Shadow and assist team leader and team members. • Understand the difference between licensed versus unlicensed Activities. • Data entry and general errands. Qualifications: • Real Estate License (preferred). • Passion for the real estate industry. • Highly personable and willing to learn. • Strong written and verbal communication skills. • Proficiency in G Suite/Google Workspace. • Tech-savvy • Great work ethic, being coachable and resourceful • Sales experience is a plus. • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job
