We are seeking an experienced Aviation Engineer & Toolmaker to support our FAA Part 145 MRO Repair Station. This role provides engineering support for aircraft component repair and designs/fabricates specialized tooling and fixtures to ensure safe, efficient, and compliant maintenance operations.

Responsibilities:

Provide engineering support for maintenance and repair activities

Interpret technical manuals, drawings, and service bulletins

Design, fabricate, and maintain special tools and fixtures

Ensure compliance with Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) Part 145 regulations

Support troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and process improvements

Maintain accurate technical documentation

Qualifications:

Experience in a Part 145 MRO environment preferred

Strong knowledge of FAA regulations preferred

CAD proficiency (SolidWorks, AutoCAD, or similar)

Hands-on machining/toolmaking experience
