We are in search of an IT Specialist to join our team.

IT SPECIALIST RESPONSIBILITIES

• Internal service provider and responsible contact person for employees regarding all IT issues.
• Server maintenance and updating.
• Responsible for data backup.
• Troubleshoot intermediate level network issues.
• Support and maintain our user workstations.
• Analyze existing processes, troubleshoot and develop ideas for process improvements.
• Work on projects or assignments in a team or group environment.
• Demonstrate the ability to organize and prioritize work and complete tasks in a timely manner.
• May perform other duties as required and assigned; customer service of certain ‘low maintenance’ accounts

SKILLS AND SPECIFICATIONS

·        Microsoft Windows Server 2012 to 2019 Administration and Troubleshooting

·        Microsoft Windows 10 Administration and Troubleshooting

·        Microsoft Hyper-V Administration

·        Microsoft Exchange 2016 or 2019 Administration

·        Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.)

• Ability to be highly innovative, creative, proactive and self-driven.
• Understanding of SQL databases.
• Display a high level of attention to detail, along with excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to work well as a team member.
• Strong listening and communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Minimum of 3 years’ experience with information technology procedures.

SALARY

The salary depends upon the work experience and education level.
