    1. Standardization System & Documentation Support

Translate technical documents, including SOPs, work instructions, and process standard (Chinese ↔ English)

Standardize document formats, templates, and structures in line with company requirements

Support the establishment of SOP systems, including document hierarchy, release, and version control

Assist in developing and updating SOPs based on actual production conditions

    1. Task Tracking & Execution Follow-up

Maintain action item lists, trackers, and project follow-up logs

Track progress of engineering, production, and cross-functional tasks

Support preparation of meeting minutes, progress reports, and status updates

    1. Cross-functional & Operational Support

Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, EHS, and Supply Chain teams

Support on-site bilingual communication between Chinese and U.S. teams

Assist in training coordination and preparation of training materials

Support audits, process checks, and production readiness activities

Help ensure shopfloor operations align with engineering and quality requirements
