A multinational leader in Automation and Machining Equipment is currently seeking an experienced Engineering Recruiter near Schaumburg, IL. These are excellent direct hire opportunities for experienced agency recruiters looking to switch to corporate recruiting with excellent work / home life balances, stability, growth and development, competitive rates, and a hybrid remote / office work schedule.

Engineering Recruiting rates are anticipated to be Salary based in the range of $80,000-$100,000 / year based on each candidates experience and education. Qualified Engineering Recruiters will have most (if not all) of the following skills and experiences:

• 3+ YEARS OF RECENT / RELEVANT RECRUITING EXPERIENCE. EXPERIENCE RECRUITING APPLICATIONS ENGINEERS, (CONTROLS) FIELD SERVICE ENGINEERS, MACHINISTS, AND CLOSELY RELATED POSITIONS IS A STRONG BENEFIT. ADDITIONAL MANUFACTURING RECRUITING KNOWLEDGE WILL ALSO BE CONSIDERED IN LIEU.
• Solid understanding of automation equipment and industry terminology is essential, experience/knowledge of CNC machinery is a strong benefit.
• Must in general be computer savvy with MS Word, Excel, etc.
• A BS is a benefit, but not essential.
• Must be able to complete standard pre-hire checks including background, drug screen, references, etc.
• Must be able to travel 5-10%. Travel will typically be shorter duration trips visiting Universities for networking events, trainings, and company meetings.
• All candidates must be vaccinated before date of hire.
